QUALITY POLICY
STATEMENT

K.D.Flavell & Sons recognise that the maintenance of quality standards in our work is the keystone of our success, our reputation and the professional satisfaction of our staff. We are, therefore, committed to a policy which will confirm that the end product of our work achieves a standard which complies with the contractual and legislative requirements.

To achive this aim, we have introduced a formal system of quality practices, contained in a series of documented procedures, which meet the standards specified by ISO 9002. The intention of these procedures is to direct the Company staff with regard to their required duties, and to provide sufficient assurance that the work undertaken by the Company will achieve acceptable standards.

It is the responsibility of all Company staff to understand and conform to the requirements of the Corporate Quality Philosophy and its associated procedures.
